How To Become A VIP
It’s simple! Spend $500 or more at Meg & Me (either in-store or online) and you’ll be eligible.
Refunds for returned items are deducted from your total spend.
Your VIP status will need to be manually approved by our team. If you believe you’ve qualified and haven’t been activated yet, just reach out—we’ll happily review it for you.
How to Use Your VIP Discount Online
To use your VIP discount:
Add your full-priced items to cart.
At checkout, where it says “Add a discount code or gift card”, enter the code: VIP
Click Apply.
Note: You must use the email address linked to your VIP account—this is how our system recognises and unlocks the discount for you.
Trouble Using Your VIP Discount?
If you receive a message like:
"VIP discount isn't available to you right now. Please try logging in to your account or contact Customer Care", here are a few things to check:
Are you using the right email address?
VIP status is linked to your registered email—try checking out with another email address or contact us if you’re unsure.
Are your items full price?
The VIP discount only applies to full-priced products. It won’t work on sale items or in conjunction with other discount codes.
Mixed cart?
Try checking out with full-priced items only in a separate transaction, as the discount won’t apply if your cart contains other discounts.
