This VIP Program rewards your loyalty to Meg + Me, strengthens our connection with each other, and ensures you get a little something extra every time you visit us either in person or online.
As a VIP Member you will enjoy exclusive access to 10% OFF ALL full-priced items* plus additional benefits throughout the year.
The Meg + Me VIP Program gives you exclusive access to 10% off all full-priced items for eligible VIPs.
How Do I Become A VIP?
It’s simple:
Spend $750 (or more) within a 12-month period and you’ll automatically be eligible for VIP status.
We’ll track and manage your eligible purchases for you - no sign-up forms, no fuss.
When checking out online, you MUST be using the same email address you provided to us as this email address is registered to your account.
What Purchases Count Toward Your $750 VIP Threshold?
✔️ Full-price items, purchased online or in-store
✖️ Discounted items, gift cards, and refunds do not count
✖️ Any refunded item will be deducted from your total spend
✔️ Once you’ve hit $750 within a 12-month window, we’ll activate your VIP status and notify you directly
VIP status is valid for the remainder of the calendar year in which you qualify, plus the entire following year.
For example if you reach the $750 spend or more in May 2025, your VIP benefits will be active through December 31, 2026.
How to Use Your VIP Code Online
Using your discount online is easy:
- Add your items to cart
- At checkout, enter the code VIP
- Enter the same email address you provided us on sign up (this is an important step)
- Your discount will apply automatically to all full-priced items.
💡 VIP codes will not apply to already discounted items or work in combination with other promotions.
How to Use Your VIP Discount In-Store
Just mention you're a VIP when you get to the counter—we’ll do the rest.
Just remember, VIP discounts apply to full-priced items only, no exceptions.

I spent $750, but haven’t received my VIP code yet?
VIP status is manually activated - please allow up to 5 business days
If it’s been longer, reach out and we’ll look into it for you
My discount isn’t working online?
Make sure you are using the SAME EMAIL address as you provided us either in store or online, your code is connected to your unique email address in our website's Back Office.
Check you have entered the code VIP into the Discount Code box.
Ensure no other discount codes are selected.

Do I keep my VIP status forever?
VIP is valid for the balance of the year you become eligible PLUS the next 12 months.
As long as you spend a minimum of $750 every year, you will remain an active VIP.
